Chia Heaven

Have you joined team-chia already? If you have not, you definitely should! Chia seeds are so lovable. They can become your best friend overnight. They are already mine, and I have no plans of changing them. I love chia seeds, and I use them all the time. I just sprinkle them wherever I want to. On salads, omelettes, smoothies, porridges, fruit bowls, literally everywhere. They are mini power rangers, containing more calcium than milk itself, more antioxidants than blueberries and more omega-3 than salmon. Sounds powerful and magical, right?
What about making a chia seed pudding? It is a simple and delicious way to easily get all the powerful benefits of these seeds. You can prepare it in few minutes and you can eat it whenever you want, as breakfast, dinner or just a grab-and-go snack. img_0782-2

I love the raspberry version with some chopped up nuts inside. Yummy… My mouth is watering right now. I have cravings for this delicious pudding almost everyday.

What you need to do to make this sweet heaven is to mix up all the ingredients (almond milk, chia seeds, raspberries and agave) together the night before, pop it in the fridge, and look forward to the magic that will wait for you in the fridge the next day. It will turn into a rich, thick pudding that is a great substitute for your morning breakfast! This can be a super healthy snack before your workout, because these magical seeds are great for boosting energy, improving endurance, and even helping regulate digestion.

Try this healthy vegan-friendly dessert , and you will instantly fall in love!
