And wait, the best part about these cups is that there is no added sugar or artificial ingredients!

First, you pour the melted chocolate on the bottom of the mold and leave them in the fridge for a few minutes to get hard. In the meantime you make the pumpkin filling which you put into cups. Pour more melted dark chocolate on top and swirl, swirl, swirl.

We need a few more minutes of cooling, and your Pumpkin Chocolate Swirl Cups are ready to consume! You’ll understand that the worst part about this sweet recipe is that they will be gone as fast as you made them! In that case you know what to do, save this recipe for one more round.

Ingredients

Chocolate filling

  • 1 big chunk homemade dark chocolate
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp honey

Pumpkin filling

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1  cup homemade pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Instruction

  1. Melt dark chocolate, honey and almond milk together. Taste it, and add more honey if you want it sweeter.
  2. Pour a small amount of the chocolate mixture into the bottom of each mold or, until the bottom is thinly covered. Swirl the chocolate around to spread it onto the sides too. Place the molds in the fridge for about 10 minutes to harden.

  3. While the chocolate hardens, stir together the melted coconut oil, peanut butter, honey and pumpkin puree.

  4. Once the bottom layer of chocolate is hard, place about 1 tablespoon of the pumpkin mixture over the chocolate.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the pumpkin filling and swirl.
  6.  Return to the refrigerator to harden completely.

Take a bite! How amazing does that taste?? 😍
