Anti-Aging Collagen Smoothie Bowls

Skipping breakfast is a NO-NO for me! No matter what I do, or how big of a rush I am in, I will still make my breakfast. Eating it at home, on the way or in the car, I don’t care! Breakfast is a must meal!

Recently, I’ve have been really into making pretty smoothies. The motivation for that are my new Zara Home bowls and my new Z!nt Collagen pure protein powder that you have a chance to purchase here with my discount code NAJ7178 .

Let me tell you something more about the goddess called collagen! No joke, collagen can work wonders for you! And let’s be real, it’s fancy being a part of the gang that drinks collagen smoothies, collagen coffee, collagen this, collagen that.

It’s funny how fast some products become so popular and trending these days. During these last last few months I have been able to see things connected to collagen, everywhere. I remember back in the days, when I would see collagen products in the pharmacy, but they would never catch my eye. Well, they were not as trendy, I guess…

Now collagen has become the biggest buzz product ever! Well, its understandable. It is a product that is essential for our bodies, a protein that holds our body together. Who wouldn’t like to have a product that has the ability to repair all the critical areas that start wearing out on and in our bodies with aging. Especially repairing the bone and joint area.

What makes Collagen so special and unique are the amino acids. The same collagen which is naturally found in our skin, bones and cartilage can be refreshed with hydrolyzed collagen, plus it helps with cell growth, supporting hair, skin and nails (it got me with this), encourages skin elasticity and reduces the signs of aging, better digestion , join health. Plus, Ladies… Read this carefully: it reduces cellulite and stretch marks! How amazing is that?

To be honest, I’m so hooked on the collagen powder! One month on it, and it’s made a huge difference – I have more energy, my skin is smoother, and just overall a huge improvement to my health regime. I feel younger, healthier, and prettier. NO joke!

If you follow me on Instagram you can see the difference on my pictures from the last three weeks. The collagen game is not a bluff, I’m telling you. Once you start using it, it will become part of you.

Now when we know what collagen is and what that powerful thing can do to our bodies, I want to share how I use it with you. I usually blend it into smoothies or juices, or I add it to a hot cup of coffee or tea.
