Anti-Aging Collagen Smoothie Bowls

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries, raspberries, cranberries & strawberries
  • 2 tbsp soy or almond milk
  • 1/4 beetroot
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 scoops of Z!NT, Collagen Hydrolysate, Pure Protein

  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 C coconut milk
  • 1 date
  • 1tbsp gluten-free oat flakes
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 scoops of Z!NT, Collagen Hydrolysate, Pure Protein

Peanut Butter Cocoa Collagen smoothie bowl

  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • few cauliflower florets
  • 1-2 leaves mint
  • 1 cup walnut milk
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops of Z!NT, Collagen Hydrolysate, Pure Protein

Spinach Mint Collagen Smoothie bowl

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 small piece of ginger root
  • few cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp gluten free oat flakes
  • 2 scoops of Z!NT, Collagen Hydrolysate, Pure Protein
  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and pulse until smooth.
