Vegan White Chocolate Pralines

I absolutely love white chocolate.

You may think that making these delicious white pralines is totally out of your league. Well, let me tell you that making white chocolate (pralines) is something that is so easy and fun, and if I can do it, you can do it too.

You will only need one very important, so called, KEY INGREDIENT. His majesty, the Cocoa Butter.

Cocoa butter is the edible vegetable fat from the cocoa bean. And I know some of you will argue that chocolate is not chocolate unless it’s brown. But lets not argue, I love both white, brown and dark chocolate.

Chocolate is love! And there is no season for chocolate, which is amazing as we can eat chocolate all year long, and be happy! Thats what chocolate does, gives you happiness.

Anyway, back to white chocolate. I finally bought a jar of cocoa butter and praline molds recently so I could try to make this delicious White Chocolate Pralines recipe.

Here it is, very yummy, easy and good looking. You will only need 4 ingredients: cocoa butter, powdered stevia, powdered rice milk and sea salt (optional).

So, are you ready to make your own sugar-free white chocolate pralines? With the holidays coming up, having a sugar-free, vegan and healthier option for white chocolate is definitely needed. I bet these will be so cute wrapped up as little Christmas gifts too.

1 1/2 cup raw cocoa butter, grated or finely chopped
3 tbsp powdered stevia sweetener
3 tbsp powdered rice milk

1 tsp sea salt (optional)

  • Melt the cocoa butter in the microwave, or on the stove over low heat. Make sure to stir frequently.
  • Whisk in the milk powder, stevia sweetener and sea salt, until smooth. (You can use a blender to get it extra smooth if desired.)
  • Pour into molds while still warm (you can use an ice cube tray if you don’t have chocolate molds. Muffin tins work as well).
  •  Refrigerate until hardened. Keep refrigerated for best results.
