If you are TeamMatcha, then get ready and join the matcha party, because I have the perfect recipe for you!

If you haven’t tried chia pudding, you are missing out on a wonderful, healthy treat. And if you haven’t tried Matcha Chia Pudding then I challenge you to make and try my heavenly recipe right after you finish reading this 🙂

Once you try it you will understand that this superfood meal derives from a fantastic place.

What I love about this protein matcha chia pudding is the texture it gives. So smooth and creamy. Chia seeds have the power to keep you satisfied all morning.

This Protein Matcha Chia Seed Pudding is delicious on its own, but you can take it to the next level by topping it with some coconut flakes, berries, goji berries and cashew nuts.

Let me tell you a few things about this powerful thing called Matcha.

It is actually a powdered green tea. The leaves are dried and then grounded into powder. I love to make matcha latte with the powder, or use it for different recipes.

Right now you might be telling yourself that you would rather drink green tea then include matcha into your life, but let me tell you that matcha is actually the concentrated form of green tea. Both matcha and green tea derive from the same plant but the concentration is different.

Well..Enough matcha talk. Its time to make this recipe and dig in!

  • 3 b Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp Pea protein
  • goji berries
