This Protein Matcha Chia Seed Pudding is delicious on its own, but you can take it to the next level by topping it with some coconut flakes, berries, goji berries and cashew nuts.
Let me tell you a few things about this powerful thing called Matcha.
It is actually a powdered green tea. The leaves are dried and then grounded into powder. I love to make matcha latte with the powder, or use it for different recipes.
Right now you might be telling yourself that you would rather drink green tea then include matcha into your life, but let me tell you that matcha is actually the concentrated form of green tea. Both matcha and green tea derive from the same plant but the concentration is different.

- 3 b Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Pea protein
- goji berries
- In a jar, mix all of the ingredients. Cover with the cap and shake. Pour evenly into coconut bowls and refrigerate overnight.
