Pink Mermaid Smoothie Jar

So far we are having a very nice and sunny winter over here, and that’s why I’m excited about sharing this Pink Mermaid Smoothie Jar that I’ve been enjoying for the past few days. 

Let me tell you that this is actually one the creamiest smoothies that exists, thanks to the presence of Mr.Avocado and the yummiest Rice drink. I also added chia seeds and gluten free oat flakes to pump up the nutritional value of my Pink Mermaid smoothie.

Talk about a MVP healthy breakfast, right ?! Trust me when I say I am easily seduced by this tropical super bomb.

Made with rice drink, pitaya, avocado, strawberries, kiwi, beetroot, gluten free oat flakes, ginger and chia seeds. There is just so much goodness….

So if you love avocado and dragon fruit, this is a must try recipe that will make your day. At the moment this is my newest addiction – and yours too, from the moment you try it.

This smoothie jar is perfect for breakfast or anytime you’re craving a healthy meal. Made from all yummy and healthy fruit, and ready in 5 minutes. You can also top it in so many different ways!

I called it a pink mermaid smoothie, because once you try it, it will teleport you away to a tropical paradise! No joke!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Dragon Fruit / Pitaya, peeled and cut up (keep slices aside for garnish)
  • 5 large Strawberries cut up (approx 1 cup)
  • 1 cup Rice drink
  • 1 small piece of beetroot
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp gluten free oat flakes
