Believe me, you can’t go wrong with a recipe like this one.

Rich, soft, fudgy, tasty, chocolately, dark, sweet and most importantly guilt free.

The protein in this fudgy protein brownies recipe comes from a vegan protein powder and believe it or not the sweetness comes from the ripe bananas, which make these brownies perfectly sweet. I was also about to use dates for this recipe to make it even more sweet, but I decided to add only bananas this time. If you want these protein brownies to be more on the sweet side, then add some dates or maple syrup.

I mean, for real, a dessert doesn’t get much better and healthier than this. We need only five ingredients, all vegan, no gluten and refined sugar free. Bananas, peanut butter, cacao powder, vegan protein powder and coconut milk.

That is all we need for the yummiest brownie recipe.

To achieve that dark and rick chocolate flavor I added cacao powder.

The peanut butter together with the coconut milk are responsible for that soft and fudgy flavor of the brownies.

It’s so easy and fast to make them, just throw all the ingredients together, mix in a bowl, then bake in the oven for 20-30 min.

Did I mention that these brownies are so healthy? Protein packed? Gluten-free , sugar free and vegan? I guess I did, but don’t forget, because this is about to be your favorite dessert recipe.
