Are you ready for these easy-to-make peanut butter cheesecake bars?
Peanut butter is my weakness guys. That’s why I go crazy for these bars. They are creamy and delicious. They are gluten free, refined sugar free and packed with peanut butter and strawberry goodness!
These bars are to die for! The base is made from pecans, homemade gf granola, coconut sugar, maple syrup and coconut oil. The top layer is 200% peanut butter flavor and is so creamy and sweet that will probably make people doubt if these cheesecake bars are actually healthy!?
If you make this recipe you have to know that it might be very difficult to control yourself not to eat the whole peanut butter filling, I was digging in like a real peanut butter maniac. Trust me, it really is the yummiest thing I’ve tried recently.
I decided to top my bars with fresh strawberries, because they give more freshness to the recipe and at the same time they make them look cute.
One thing I love about these bars is that I can eat them frozen straight from the freezer, whenever I am in a need of something to satisfy my sweet tooth. But I enjoy them more when I let them stay out of the freezer for a few minutes so the peanut butter layer melts and it starts to run down the sides. Oh, my! Mouthwatering!
