If you want to make me happy, make me a pretty and colorful latte like this one. I mean let’s be honest, life is definitely much more tasty in colors.
My version today is dairy-free, caffeine-free and refined sugar-free. I used unsweetened vanilla cashew milk, however, almond milk would also be amazing. This version combines all the best ingredients plus it’s super easy to prepare.
Just take a teaspoon of beetroot powder, combine it with your favorite milk and some maple syrup or honey, sprinkle some dried edible rose petals and you are good to go. This is the perfect combination of a delicious taste, the power of superfoods and pretty colors.
1 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk(or your favorite nut milk)
2 teaspoons beetroot powder
1 teaspoon water
½ tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
Fresh edible flowers or dried edible rose petals
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend well.
- Pour into a cup
- Top with fresh edible flowers or dried edible rose petals!
